After left mouse click PUZZLE, you might see a message at the top and states, "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options..." Left mouse click the message and left mouse click "Download File..."

Hint: Once the puzzle starts, hold down the left mouse button to move the pieces around to complete the puzzle. The small completed puzzle picture and the menu box near the left side of the screen may hide some puzzle pieces. Just move them out of the way.
